Historic Bethabara is the site of the first Moravian settlement in North Carolina, located on the northern edge of Winston-Salem.  Protestants first came here in 1753!  This is a great place to spend a few hours if you're visiting the area and if you live in the Triad you should really come explore a portion of our local heritage.
